By using At Your Side Care's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SERVICES PROVIDED
At Your Side Care is a Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) registered home management agency. We provide non-medical home management services only, including light housekeeping, meal planning, grocery shopping, companionship, transportation coordination, and light laundry. We do not provide personal care services or medical services.

SERVICE AREA
Services are available in the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area: Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott, and Carver counties.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
All services begin with a free consultation. A written service agreement will be provided before services commence, outlining specific services, schedule, and pricing.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

PRIVACY
We maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

LIABILITY
At Your Side Care maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in individual service agreements and as permitted by Minnesota law.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

CHANGES
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date.
