CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CONSULTATION CANCELLATIONS
Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with no penalty. Please provide as much notice as possible.
SCHEDULED SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
- 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice will not incur fees and are fully refundable.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. All services can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice without a refund.

Contact us by phone or email to cancel or reschedule a service visit.
SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the ongoing service agreement with written notice as specified in your individual service agreement (typically 7-14 days notice).
REFUND POLICY
At Your Side Care bills for services rendered. Payment is typically due before services are provided.
Prepaid Services:
- Unused services cancelled with proper notice will be refunded in full
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
SERVICE QUALITY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with services provided, contact us immediately. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include complimentary re-service or service credit. Due to the nature of services rendered we do not offer partial or full refunds for any services that have been provided.
WEATHER AND EMERGENCIES
In the event of severe weather or emergency situations preventing safe service delivery, we will reschedule at no charge.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If our team arrives for a scheduled visit and no one is home without advance notification, this will be considered a completed visit and billed accordingly.
