Meal Planning & Meal Prep

Our meal planning and prep service is designed to reduce daily decision fatigue and support nourishment, routine, and ease. This service is ideal for individuals and households who want support with planning and preparing simple, balanced meals without the stress of doing it alone.

This add-on is especially helpful for:

• Individuals recovering from surgery or illness

• Seniors or adults needing structured support
