At Your Side Care is a Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) registered home management agency. We provide non-medical home management services only, including:

  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • Companionship
  • Transportation coordination
  • Light laundry

We do not provide personal care services or medical services.

2. Service Area

Our services are available in the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area: Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott, and Carver counties.

3. Consultation and Service Agreement

All services begin with a free consultation. A written service agreement will be provided before services commence, outlining the specific services, schedule, and pricing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept various payment methods as discussed during consultation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement. We request advance notice for cancellations when possible.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

7. Liability

At Your Side Care maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in individual service agreements and as permitted by Minnesota law.
